Hi! I'm James. I love writing Rust with a focus on embedded/CNC.

I maintain several embedded Rust crates, like embedded-graphics for drawing things on any size display, embedded drivers for the ssd1306, sh1106 and ssd1331 OLED displays

I also maintain Rust bindings to LinuxCNC's HAL and am working on a pure Rust EtherCAT master. I also have big plans around a pure Rust open source CNC machine control, so watch this space!

All my work up till now has been done around a full time job, which I'm lucky to have. With your sponsorship, I can work towards my dream of moving into working in open source Rust full time.
