Bug Description
app-center on 26.04 scrolls and updates its framebuffer noticably slower than other applications (firefox, ptyxis, steam, ...).
this is best visible with a high fps monitor (120 or more).
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- open app center
- start scrolling the long startpage
- observe sluggish movement updates
- compare with scrolling in firefox
Expected behavior
app center should refresh its frame buffers quickly so scrolling looks smooth.
